The following tax changes come into force with effect from 1 January 2025:
- The international application fee changes from NOK 16,550 to NOK 16,520
- The international investigation fee changes from NOK 20,880 to NOK 21,510
For international patent applications submitted to the Norwegian Industrial Property Office as receiving authority via ePCT, the following fee reduction applies with effect from the same date:
- Submission of XML files in non-character coded format changes from NOK 2,490 to NOK 2,480
